No. We coach nutrition/training for individuals already on them.

Can I keep muscle on a GLP-1?

Yes—prioritize protein (≥0.6 g/lb) and strength training.

What if I have nausea/constipation/low energy?

We’ll adjust meals, dosing pace with your MD, hydration/fiber types, and training intensity.

I’m new to lifting—can I still do this?

Absolutely. Our training session at GCP, are efficient sessions that match your current energy.

Do you create me an at home workout program?

No, training will be done at Game Changing Performance in Mundelein, IL.

What happens when I stop the medication?

We build a transition plan (calories, protein, training) to keep your results.
