TREV'S PERSONAL FITNESS BLOG: January 24th, 2020

JANUARY GOAL:

  • Lose 10 lbs (Starting weight 270.7) won’t weigh until Feb 1st again.
  • Workout 31 times, doesn’t have to be everyday, can be 2 a days as well. (29 so far)
  • Follow the Whole30 diet with slight modifications (protein shakes are ok as well as BCAA drink) (20/24)

  • Friday’s are always a little more chill. Had a project that kept me very busy all day.

NUTRITION FOR THE DAY

  • 7a- Bulletproof Coffee
  • 11a- Denver omelette + blueberries & orange
  • 2:30p- Bone Broth
  • 7p- Beef Stir Fry + Carrots

TODAY’S EXERCISE ROUTINE

  • 8:30a @GCP in Accelerated Fat Loss
    • Burn 457 calories during that workout

     

CALORIES BURNT

  • Today’s was 4786 calories
  • Today was a high strain day. It was a 18.4. Four straight days of 18+.
  • TOTAL CALORIC DEFICIT FOR DAY: Calories burnt (WHOOP) – Calories intake (MFP)= 4786-1945= 1675 deficit

SLEEP

  • Slept 8hrs 11min out of 8:11 needed which was a perfect 87% sleep score.
  • My recovery score was 64%.
  • I went to bed at 9:58p.
  • My WHOOP band said I need 9:14 min of sleep tonight going into tomorrow.
    • My baseline sleep is 7:35min 

    • Strain of the day- 1hr 01min extra needed

    • Sleep debt- 38min extra needed

    MOBILITY

    • Did a GoWOD circuit for my posterior chain.

    TODAY’S OBSTACLES

    • Morning meeting. Just always pretty hungry after it.
    • Friday night with nothing planned. These are great for relaxing but sometimes I have a tendency to eat bad.

    TODAY’S WINS

    • Friday didn’t cause me any eating issues, stayed focused on the plan.
    • Got all the challenge stuff set-up, even though I was cutting it close for time.
