Hey Game Changer!! I’m Coach Trev or Trevor, whichever you prefer. I’m the Co-Owner of GCP. This business has been my vision since I was 16 years old, I’ve always been dreaming about how to make an incredible experience for health and fitness. My mind is always up in the clouds thinking about all the possibilities. If you see me in the gym, I’m usually finding a way to make something look nicer, improve a process or asking for feedback.
 
For my own fitness, I love moving heavy stuff. I enjoy being strong and challenging what strong is. Most likely if you work out in a class with me or get coached by me I’ll probably be encouraging you to lift just a little bit more!! Besides strength, I am obsessed with all things nutrition. I spend at least 3hrs a week reading or listening to something nutrition based. I’m always working on making our Process of Fat Loss the best in the industry.
 

I love having a good conversation about training, nutrition, sports, superheros, Disney or anything you got on your mind. I always have time to talk so please never hesitate to grab my attention!!

WHAT GOT YOU INTO THE INDUSTRY

  • Playing football growing up. I loved improving my skills and getting stronger to be a better football player. It amazed me how by putting in the work I could be better than the rest.

  • Modern Family. I so wish I was Phil but realistically I’m Jay.

BIGGEST STRUGGLE

  • Nutrition especially overeating on sweets. I’ve always been very disciplined but stress builds up year after year. I have struggled with my nutrition all my life and still fall back on sweets as a stress coping mechanism.

BEST STRENGTH

  • Resiliency. Whether it’s in business, fitness or nutrition I never give up. I get knocked back a step often but no matter if something doesn’t go great I never ever stop trying to find a way to be a better version of myself. I have never once said, I’ll get back to my nutrition next month or I’ll workout when I have more time. I always keep adjusting regardless of circumstances.

  • Trust the process. Your goal will not come overnight. It’s going to take time to achieve whatever your goal is, trust the process that consistency over time will help you achieve anything.
