Anything less than 6.5hrs a night can lead to increased appetite, increased hormone levels and reduced ability to lose body fat. It also causes decreased energy and alertness as well as a lack of focus and motivation. Not only are their physical effects, but these things also impact your mental state. All of these factors combined can have an extremely negative impact on your health and fat loss goals, not to mention overall quality of life.

What are they made of?
Our gummies use a combination of 3 ingredients:
- Vitamin B6: Aids in the production of the hormones serotonin and melatonin, both of which are important for sound, restful sleep, and also to mood.
- Passiflora Extract:This is an herb used to treat anxiety, insomnia, seizures, and hysteria. It appears to boost the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in your brain. This compound lowers brain activity, which may help you relax and sleep better.
- Melatonin: A hormone that your brain produces by the pineal gland at night in response to darkness. It helps with the timing of your circadian rhythms (24-hour internal clock) and with sleep.
The Melatonin Myth
Melatonin is often thought of as being dangerous because it can create a dependency on it. Although that can be true, it is not the case in our supplement. We have found that this only occurs in people regularly taking 10mg or more every night. Our supplement contains only 2mg (1/5th the amount), meaning that there is just enough to be effective, but not cause anything negative.
