Nope, you just need to track your food daily. By tracking your food, you'll get a better idea of how many calories you are eating. The app will give you a recommended calorie goal and that can give you a better idea of how far off you are from where you should be. We do want you to focus on hitting a % of your calories in protein though. Which is 30%, the app will tell you exactly what that is.
If it's been a while since you've exercised, don't worry we've got you covered. We'll start you off slow while you get results fast! Our expert coaches will tailor the experience for your specific needs to ensure you get the best possible results!
