- Drink water (half bodyweight in ounces)
- Protein at every meal
- 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies per day
- 3 resistance workouts / week
- 3-4 thirty minute walks or activity / week
- Write 2 daily gratitudes
- 10 Deep Breathes
- Meal Plan
